I believe deeply in our human capacity for goodness while I concurrently recognize the world is fraught with challenges, frequently causing us suffering that distracts us from developing into our better selves. I believe in the power of truth, even (or especially) when difficult to hear, accept, or acknowledge. Grappling with hard truths creates immense possibility, fostering the conditions for wellness and wholeness to emerge. My work – both internally and externally – is to facilitate truth, and honor its presence once it arrives though nurturing, responsive, generative, and sustained individual and communal action.
